- Written price with the base, the materials and the finish set out.
- Base and drainage first, so the patio does not settle or hold water.
- Build and finish, and leave the garden clean.

Questions we get asked about patios & outdoor kitchens
Do I need planning permission for a patio?
Not usually for a patio at ground level in a back garden. A raised patio or decking more than 30cm above the ground, or work at a listed building, may need permission.
Can you build an outdoor kitchen around a pizza oven or grill I already have?
Yes. Tell us the model and we will build the base, worktop and surround to fit it.
