Surfacing in Blandford Forum
Laymac Ltd covers Blandford Forum and the villages around it. Tell us what needs doing and we will come and look at it.
Blandford sits between the chalk of Cranborne Chase and the clay of the Blackmore Vale, and the two make for very different jobs within a few miles of each other.
On the vale side it is dairy, and dairy yards fail in a predictable place: the collection area and the entrance the tanker uses, where the same heavy vehicle covers the same few metres every single day of the year. Building that area to a heavier specification than the rest of the yard costs a little more once and saves rebuilding it repeatedly. On the chalk side it is arable, and the demand is seasonal but very heavy while it lasts.

What people say
In their words, not ours
Farm track had been breaking up for years and we had patched it twice. They dug it out properly, sorted the drainage first and it has been through a winter now without moving.
Yard resurfaced around a working farm. They phased it so we could still get the milk lorry in and out every day, which nobody else quoting for it had even mentioned.
Came out, walked the drive with us and told us it did not need replacing, just dressing. Saved us a lot of money and they still turned up to do the smaller job properly.
