Lock Farm Estate, just outside Partridge Green, is one of the oldest customers our family has. R. Much of the land around Partridge Green is low-lying, near the River Adur and its streams, on Weald clay. Water is the thing that destroys surfaces here. Before we lay anything we look at where the water comes from, where it sits after heavy rain and where it can be led away.

Our estate road is cracking. Does it need resurfacing?
